Before commencing a weather resources management project, the project operator shall file with the department and cause to be published a notice of intention.

  • project: means the performance of weather resources management with a specified purpose within a specified geographical area over a specified time interval. See California Water Code 402
  • Weather resources management: means attempting to produce by physical means any of the following: cloud water conversion, light adjustment, or weather hazard suppression. See California Water Code 402
