San Francisco shall provide the authority with prompt access to any public records requested by the authority unless those records are exempt from disclosure pursuant to a provision listed in § 7920.505 of the Government Code. San Francisco may not withhold public records from the authority pursuant to a balancing of the public interest in accordance with § 7922.000 of the Government Code.
