Any person aggrieved by any decision, order or regulation of the commission under sections 20-324a to 20-324i, inclusive, may appeal in accordance with the provisions of section 20-322.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 20-324j
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Commission: means the Connecticut Real Estate Commission appointed under the provisions of section 20-311a. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-311
