Any corporation applying for a new or renewal pharmacy license under the provisions of § 20-594 shall state in the application the names of the officers and directors of the corporation. Notice of any change in such officers or directors shall be given by the corporation to the commission within ten days after the change. Such notice shall be accompanied by the filing fee set forth in § 20-601. Any such corporation that fails to give notice of a change in the officers or directors of the corporation within ten days of the change shall pay the late fee required in § 20-601.

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Pharmacy: means a place of business where drugs and devices may be sold at retail and for which a pharmacy license has been issued to an applicant under the provisions of §. See Connecticut General Statutes 20-571
