Not more than two months after approval by the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection of mapping at level B pursuant to § 22a-354d, the commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Agriculture, the Cooperative Extension Service at The University of Connecticut and any other person or agency the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection deems necessary, shall inventory agricultural land uses overlying the mapped area. Such inventory shall include, but not be limited to, the type and size of any agricultural operation and existing farm resource management practices. Any such inventory shall be completed not more than four months after commencement and shall be made available to technical teams established pursuant to subsection (b) of § 22a-354k.

  • person: means any individual, firm, partnership, association, syndicate, company, trust, corporation, nonstock corporation, limited liability company, municipality, agency or political or administrative subdivision of the state, or other legal entity of any kind.
