Not later than October 1, 1995, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall prepare a model municipal aquifer protection ordinance, consistent with regulations adopted under § 22a-354i. The ordinance may be considered by municipal aquifer protection agencies in adopting regulations pursuant to § 22a-354p.
