Any person who wilfully resists, prevents or interferes with any member of the board or the agent in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter, or who interferes with the free exercise by employees of the right to select representatives in an election directed by the board pursuant to § 31-106, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
