The Governor’s Workforce Council shall ensure that the membership of each board satisfies the representation requirements of § 31-3l, regulations adopted by the commissioner under § 31-3n and guidance issued pursuant to § 4-124w in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
