In each case where a license is required by § 36a-556, the licensee shall have a main office license and may have a branch office license. All offices shall be located in the United States. Each main office shall have a qualified individual, who shall be responsible for the actions of the licensee and for supervising all aspects of the licensee’s small loan business. Each branch shall have a branch manager, who shall be responsible for the actions of the licensee and for supervising all aspects of the branch’s small loan business.
