Except in a finance lease and subject to § 42a-2A-506, if a lessor at the time of contracting has reason to know any particular purpose for which the goods are required and that the lessee is relying on the lessor’s skill or judgment to select or furnish suitable goods, there is an implied warranty that the goods are fit for such purpose.
