The court shall not accept a plea of guilty or nolo contendere from a person in a proceeding with respect to a violation of § 14-110, subsection (b) or (c) of § 14-147, § 14-215, subsection (a) of § 14-222, subsection (a) or (b) of § 14-224 or § 53a-119b unless the court advises such person that conviction of the offense for which such person has been charged may have the consequence of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles suspending such person’s motor vehicle operator’s license.
