Whenever the Division shall discover as a result of its own investigation or as a result of any report required by this chapter that any person has tuberculosis, the Division shall encourage the person to take voluntary treatment to meet the minimum requirements prescribed by the Division.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 16 Sec. 523
- Division: means the Division of Public Health. See Delaware Code Title 16 Sec. 101
- Voluntary treatment: means a person voluntarily taking medications as prescribed and following the recommendations of the attending physician or the Division for the management of tuberculosis. See Delaware Code Title 16 Sec. 520
