(1) Activities specified in Florida Statutes § 373.406, are exempt from this chapter.
(2) Projects permitted pursuant to this chapter are exempted from the provisions of Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-330, as long as the land served by the project continues to be used for agriculture or forestry.
