(1) The water well contractor licensing program shall be administered and enforced by the District under the authority delegated to it by the Department of Environmental Protection.
(2) Each well contractor meeting the licensing requirements set forth in Fl. Admin. Code R. 62-531, which is incorporated by reference in subsection 40C-3.036(1), F.A.C., will be assigned a permanent license number and shall be issued a certificate with that number.
(3) Violations of the contractor licensing requirements and well construction requirements are provided in Florida Statutes Chapter 373, and Chapters 40C-3, 62-531, and 62-532, F.A.C. Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-532, is incorporated by reference in subsection 40C-3.036(2), F.A.C.
