The purpose of this chapter is to implement the provisions of Part II of Florida Statutes Chapter 373, and the Water Resource Implementation Rule set forth in Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 62-40 Additional rules relating to water use are found in Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 40D-3, entitled Regulation of Wells, Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 40D-8, entitled Water Levels and Rates of Flow, Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 40D-80, entitled Prevention and Recovery Strategies for Minimum Flows and Levels, Fl. Admin.
