(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid home health visit services to recipients.
(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Home Health Visit Services Coverage Policy, November 2016, incorporated by reference. - Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
