Florida Regulations 5O-5.001: Definitions

For the purposes of this rule chapter, the definitions in Florida Statutes § 377.602, and the following shall apply:
(1) “”Department”” means the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
(2) “”Electric Utility”” shall have the same meaning as defined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 25-22.070, effective 11/10/1997, hereby incorporated by reference and available online at https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-14594. The incorporated material is also available from the Department at 407 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
(3) “”Renewable Energy”” shall have the same meaning as defined in Florida Statutes § 366.91
