Any Lease Action that is not reported under any other reporting requirement under Florida Statutes Chapter 255, or resulting rule and is not exempt by law from such reporting requirement, must be reported to and approved by the Department in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code R. 60H-1.002, at least ninety (90) days before the Lease Action.
