(1) Lease Actions using approved forms, as defined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 60H-1.003, shall not require approval of the Department’s Office of General Counsel.
(2) Lease Actions using non-approved forms, as defined in Fl. Admin. Code R. 60H-1.003, shall require signature by the Offices of General Counsel of both the respective Agency and the Department.
