(1) Requests for major permit modifications, including additions, revisions, or structural modifications of the permitted project or activities, shall be reviewed and processed in the same manner as the initial application.
    (2) Minor modifications shall be reviewed and shall meet the requirements of chapter 62B-56, F.A.C., applicable to the modification request; however they shall not be subject to the noticing requirements contained in Fl. Admin. Code R. 62B-56.070, and they will not restart the 90 day period as described in subsection 62B-56.050(7), F.A.C.
    (3) Modifications shall be charged a fee pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code R. 62B-56.130, and subject to Fl. Admin. Code R. 62B-56.090
