In accordance with Sections 456.073(3) and 120.695, F.S., the Department is authorized to issue a notice of noncompliance as a first response to a minor violation which does not endanger the public health, safety, and welfare and which does not demonstrate a serious inability to practice the profession. Failure of a licensee to take action to correct the violation within 15 days shall result in either the issuance of a citation when appropriate or the initiation of regular disciplinary proceedings. The minor violations for which the Department is authorized to issue a notice of noncompliance are: Failure to notify of a change of address within 60 days as required by Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B17-6.004, and failure to timely complete the human trafficking education course required by Florida Statutes § 456.0341, and Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B17-8.003
