Applicants for initial licensure and renewal shall complete a one hour HIV/AIDS continuing education course pursuant to Florida Statutes § 381.0034, which shall be offered by an approved provider in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code R. 64B3-11.004, or be an approved provider of any Board within the Department’s Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
