(1) For the first renewal of licensure, licensees must complete a three hour course on Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) within the 24-month period prior to the expiration date of the license.
    (2) Each course on HIV/AIDS shall meet the requirements of Florida Statutes § 456.033
    (3) Courses approved by any Board within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance of the Department of Health pursuant to Florida Statutes § 456.033, are recommended by the Council and approved by the Board.
