(1) The Bureau of Auditing is authorized to intercept warrants instead of releasing them to the requesting agency.
    (2) A Warrant Intercept Card is sent to the agency by the Bureau of Auditing whenever a warrant is intercepted. The Warrant Intercept Card will disclose the reason that the intercept occurred.
