(1) All forms adopted under Fl. Admin. Code R. 69V-40.002(1)(a), must be electronically filed through the Registry.
(2) Unless otherwise specifically instructed in this rule chapter all fees required in conjunction with an initial application, amendment, and license renewal must be filed electronically through the Registry.
(3) Annual Financial Audit Reports required in Florida Statutes § 494.0063, must be filed electronically through the Registry.
