§ 1952-a. Video recordings of open meetings and public hearings. The authority shall, to the extent practicable, stream all open meetings and public hearings on its website in real-time. The authority shall post video recordings of all open meetings and public hearings on its website within five business days of the meeting or hearing and shall maintain such recordings for a period of not less than five years.
