§ 63. Expense of preparing and selling bonds. From the moneys realized from the sale of bonds heretofore or hereafter authorized the comptroller shall apportion the expense of preparing and selling such bonds against the appropriation or appropriations, and shall use such apportioned funds in paying such expenses.
