Terms Used In Florida Statutes 159.816
- Code: means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations and rulings issued thereunder. See Florida Statutes 159.803
- Director: means the director of the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration or his or her designee. See Florida Statutes 159.803
The director shall sign the certificate required pursuant to s. 149(e)(2)(F) of the Code.
