- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any person who fails to comply with any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided commits a nonmoving traffic violation, punishable as provided in s. 318.18.
