Terms Used In Florida Statutes 404.163

  • Department: means the Department of Health. See Florida Statutes 404.031
  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
  • Registration: means the registering of a radiation machine with the department in accordance with the rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter. See Florida Statutes 404.031
Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the department may maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process to enforce any provision of this chapter, rule promulgated hereunder, or term or condition of a license or registration issued by the department.
