- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any violation of this part (Labor Organizations; Public Employees) shall not subject any person to municipal recall and shall not be considered as grounds for municipal recall.
