Terms Used In Florida Statutes 468.315

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
Radiological personnel who are subject to certification under this part are governed by s. 456.076 as if they were under the jurisdiction of the Division of Medical Quality Assurance.
