- Local enforcement agency: means the agency of local government which has the authority to make inspections of buildings and to enforce the Florida Building Code. See Florida Statutes 553.902
Each local enforcement agency shall report to the department any information concerning compliance certifications and amendments at such intervals as the department designates by rule adopted in accordance with chapter 120.
