  • Appellate: About appeals; an appellate court has the power to review the judgement of another lower court or tribunal.
Upon the affirmance of a judgment, sentence or order, the appellate court shall order and direct the court in which the case was originally determined to carry into effect the original judgment, sentence or order, or the appellate court shall itself proceed to pass such judgment, sentence or order as to it shall seem proper.
