The Oregon Ocean Science Trust shall submit a report to the Legislative Assembly, in the manner provided by ORS § 192.245, by March 31 of each even-numbered year, describing the progress of the trust in carrying out its duties specified in ORS § 196.566. The report may include relevant issues and trends of significance, including emerging scientific research and public policy. [2013 c.776 § 5]
