Either party may appeal to the Court of Appeals at any time within 30 days after the rendering of the general judgment, which appeal must be heard and determined within three months from the time of taking such appeal. [Amended by 1979 c.562 § 9; 2003 c.576 § 408]

- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
