All general obligation and revenue bonds, including refunding bonds, issued under ORS § 264.250 to 264.270 shall be advertised and sold in the manner prescribed in ORS Chapter 287A for the sale of bonds of cities of this state. [Amended by 2009 c.538 § 11]
