The district board may provide in the improvement resolution that the construction work will be done in whole, or in part, by the district, by a contract or by any other governmental agency, or by any combination thereof. [1969 c.686 § 5]

- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- District: means a domestic water supply district formed under this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 264.010
