The Oregon Business Development Department shall develop rules governing repayment of loans to the Oregon Business Development Fund and collection of moneys owed the fund. The department may take any action permitted by statute or rule that the department deems necessary for repayment of the loan. [2007 c.804 § 49; 2009 c.830 § 57]
