The bonds and the interest thereon and all payments due to the United States or the State of Oregon under any contract between the district and the United States or the State of Oregon, for which bonds of the district have not been deposited with the United States or the State of Oregon, and all obligations for the payment of money authorized and incurred under the Irrigation District Law, shall be general obligations of the district and shall be paid by the revenue derived from the annual assessments upon the land in the district. All the lands in the district shall be and remain liable to be assessed for such payments as provided in the Irrigation District Law. [Formerly 545.204]
