As used in this Article and Article 2, unless otherwise indicated:
(a) Authority means the Antonio B. Won Pat
International Airport Authority, Guam.

CH. 1 ANTONIO B. WON PAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY, GUAM
(b) Board means the Board of Directors of the
Authority.
(c) Director means a member of the Board.
(d) Executive Manager means the person employed by the Board to supervise the administration of the Authority.
