Terms Used In 12 Guam Code Ann. § 3116
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
e facility, under the Station Manager, shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of the Corporation as provided by law and as directed by the Board of Trustees. The Station Manager shall establish such divisions as he deems necessary for the proper operation of the facility, including but not limited to Administration, Programming, Production and Engineering. Each division shall undertake the tasks and functions assigned to it by the Station Manager.
