Terms Used In 15 Guam Code Ann. § 3353
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
- Probate: Proving a will
For the purposes of this Article, beneficiary means all persons in being who shall or may participate in the corpus or income of the trust.
