Terms Used In 16 Guam Code Ann. § 3310
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
Upon all highways any vehicle or bicycle shall be driven in the right-hand lane for traffic or as close as practicable to the right- hand edge or curb, except when overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction or when preparing for a left turn at an intersection or into a private road or driveway.

Evidence of operation of motor scooter which collided with oncoming car at top of hill authorized instruction on contributory negligence of scooter operator under statute under statute requiring driver to ordinarily drive vehicle as practicable to right had side of roadway.
