Terms Used In 18 Guam Code Ann. § 12119

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Every corporation organized and engaged in business under the provisions of this Chapter shall pay an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Treasurer of Guam.
