Terms Used In 18 Guam Code Ann. § 90110

  • Tort: A civil wrong or breach of a duty to another person, as outlined by law. A very common tort is negligent operation of a motor vehicle that results in property damage and personal injury in an automobile accident.
Every putative owner or lawful owner of a firearm is strictly liable in tort for the death or injury to the person resulting from the use or possession of said firearm by a minor.
