Terms Used In 21 Guam Code Ann. § 77303

  • Public law: A public bill or joint resolution that has passed both chambers and been enacted into law. Public laws have general applicability nationwide.
The Guam Historic Preservation Officer shall administer the comprehensive program for historic preservation, restoration and presentation prescribed by 21 Guam Code Ann. § 76103.
