(a) There is established within the Bureau of Planning of the
Executive Branch, the office of the Public Engineer.

(b) The office shall be headed by the ‘Public Engineer’, a classified position, recruited and selected within the rules and regulations of the government of Guam. Compensation for the
‘Public Engineer’ shall be determined by the Director of
Administration.
