Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 5267

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
The specifications contained in any invitation for bids or request for proposals, and any amendment thereto, for the procure- ment of supplies shall identify the person responsible for drafting the specifications and any persons, technical literature or manufacturer’s brochures relied upon by the responsible person in drafting the specifications.
