Terms Used In 5 Guam Code Ann. § 655311

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
The Territory or landowner may bring any action in court necessary to enforce any contract including but not limited to an action to enforce the contract by specific performance or injunction.
